Children's and Adolescents' Mental Health
Adults are not the only ones who need to work on their mental health; teens and youths can also struggle with it. It is also about having the tools to deal with setbacks and challenges that life may throw at you, not just the absence of a mental illness. It is just as vital to have excellent mental health as it is to have good physical health. There are things you can do to aid with mental wellness, much as people exercise, eat properly, and live a healthy lifestyle to attain good physical well-being.
